Tangram

Tangram – is an old Chinese geometrical operation puzzle. It uses four geometrical shapes (called tans) that can be arranged or assembled in different ways to form many shapes. This puzzle offers the challenge of creating a geometric shape(s) by arranging and utilizing only four pieces. It is a very interesting puzzle game in which the competitor is asked to repli-cate some shape within the given time frame. Playing with tangrams will help kids learn about geometric shapes. It consists of four polygons, called tans. Players combine the tans in various ways to form different figures — minimal designs that repeat patterns, using all four pieces. The Tangram puzzle can be used as an educational tool for children because it encourages creativity and spatial vision, and it’s an endless entertainment source for adults. Having fun and strengthening your intellect are excellent reasons to play Tangram.
